Why Cats? Why not Cats?

People ask from time to time, "Why do you like cats?" It has come to my realization that cats are like the opera - you love them or you hate them. As for the plural reference - catS, the more the merrier. I mean Hemingway had multiple cats and look what it did for him. No, they weren't the reason he drank.
